I know your his dad and you're trying to give him a leg up, really I do. But you don't hire him to work in your own shop, instead you put in a good word with a friend, or another company, but you DO NOT hire him for your own shop. Most certainly you don't promote him after two months when he still knows jack s**t when there are other more qualified more hardworking employees waiting in the wings. I've worked there nine months doing everything, literally everything that you or any supervisor has asked me to do, an I have done it quickly, to the best of my ability, with a smile and a, "yes sir!". I WILL NOT work for your son under any circumstances. This week might be my last week working for you. I've had more than enough of dealing with your s**thead son.
